Order Processing
During peak seasons, such as the months leading up to Christmas, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Destinations
We are thrilled to bring holiday cheer worldwide. Currently, we offer shipping to a broad range of countries. Please note that shipping options, delivery times, and associated costs may vary depending on the destination. During checkout, you will be presented with the available shipping methods and estimated delivery timelines for your specific location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your selected shipping method, delivery destination, and the total weight of your order. Any applicable taxes or duties for international shipments will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking becomes your primary tool for monitoring its journey. The tracking link in your shipment confirmation email will provide real-time updates. If you encounter any issues with the tracking information, please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier’s system to update before contacting our support team.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items with different availability statuses, they may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment, and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees for this split delivery.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Please double-check all address details before submitting your order. We ship to physical addresses and are generally unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes via certain courier services. Christmas Outfits cannot be held responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or refusal, the package will typically be returned to our facility by the carrier. We will contact you using the email provided to arrange a reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for resending returned packages.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to Christmas Outfits. We cannot predict or control these fees, which are determined by your local customs authorities. Non-payment of these fees may result in delivery delays or the return of your package.

Missing or Lost Packages
While rare, packages can occasionally go missing in transit. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. If the package remains lost, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the marked delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
